Join the ranks of our MHA staff, a winning team providing a top-notch program to our crews. You get to spend the summer season stationed at our base located on Grand Lake Matagamon where you can experience an off-the-grid summer in a beautiful natural and historic setting. Many MHA Staff have made life-long friends while working here, and many have discovered their life-career pathway at MHA. MHA Staff Guides spend most of their summer on the waters of Maine with their crews. MHA Staff Drivers travel all around northern Maine backcountry roads. Base Staff get to spend time working on beautiful Matagamon Base.
